Rasie Johnny joined CaringMatters in 2025 as the Volunteer Coordinator through AmeriCorps Project CHANGE. A recent graduate of Bowie State University, Rasie is passionate about service, community engagement, and supporting families during times of need. Although this is her first time in a volunteer coordination role, she is excited to begin her journey with CaringMatters.

In her first month with the organization, Rasie has felt warmly welcomed and is grateful to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team. She looks forward to contributing to CaringMatters’ mission and helping volunteers make a meaningful impact throughout the community.
