Caregiver Support Groups

Our online support group is open to caregivers who are caring for loved ones and facing the challenges of this special and important role.

As caregivers, we are often isolated and can get depleted. Join other caregivers online for a weekly, hour-long support group to renew, connect, share and hopefully gain some lightness of being. Knowing we have others in our lives who “get it” can help us take care of ourselves as we are taking care of those we love.

  • Open to caregivers of all ages, from all parts of Montgomery County, MD

  • For those caring in their homes for loved ones with serious illness

  • Weekly, one-hour, online meetings (zoom link will be provided)

  • Planned for 4 sessions, with the opportunity to extend

  • Dates and times will be determined with input from interested participants

  • Free of Charge
