will explore the use of children's books as conversation starters to connect with grieving children
and help them process their grief from the perspective of the characters in the story.
This interactive webinar will discuss:
- the impact of the loss on children
- developmental reactions to the grief process
- strategies for using storytelling to start a conversation and build a connection with a grieving child
Supplies needed:
- 8.5 x 11 in. paper
- crayons or colored pens
- a scarf or shawl
