Since 2003, Allentuck Landscaping has been a generous and dedicated partner to CaringMatters. Based in Rockville, Maryland, the company operates with the guiding belief: “Improving Lives Through Landscaping.” While they transform outdoor spaces into places of beauty and peace, we support individuals navigating life’s most difficult emotional landscapes. Though our work takes different forms, our missions are deeply aligned, both grounded in compassion, connection, and service.

 

Allentuck Landscaping’s care and craftsmanship are evident in the gardens surrounding the CaringMatters Cottage, lovingly maintained pro bono by their team year after year. Most recently, they designed and built our stunning new patio—a serene gathering place that now stands as a symbol of comfort and community.

 

“Back in 2003, we dreamed of creating a beautiful, meaningful garden around the Cottage, but many projects were beyond what our small volunteer group could manage. Bruce Allentuck stepped in with incredible generosity and enthusiasm. From the start, he embraced our mission, and it felt like a true partnership—one that has only grown stronger over the years,” said Sandra Bracken, CaringMatters volunteer and founding garden committee member.
