William, an active Board member and fundraiser for the organization, was named Vice Chair of the Board of Directors in 2024. He first joined the Board in 2008 and served as Treasurer from 2009 - 2015. Now retired, William's related experience includes his role as the long-time Executive Vice President and Principal of LCOR, a real estate development, investment, and management company. Mr. Hard also serves on the Montgomery College Foundation Board of Directors and is Past Chairman of the Foundation’s Real Estate Committee and continues to serve on the committee. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Hard served on the Board of the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership and the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute’s Washington District Council.
