Kenneth Nelson has for more than 20 years served as the director of business and community outreach at Montgomery College’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education unit. For the past 11 years, he also has served as pastor of Seneca Community Church in Germantown, MD. Kenneth's board and association experience includes American Cancer Society of North Nashville, the Black Ministers Conference of Montgomery County, Boy Scouts of America National Capital Area Council, numerous chambers of commerce, and more. Kenneth has an M.A. in Ministry, an M.A in Communications and a B.S. Health Sciences. He brings strong connections to the faith community and spoke about engaging members of his church in the work we're doing. Doing so would support our outreach to more diverse communities, one of our strategic goals.
