Allison Henderson has spent her 30 year career at Westat working in the education sector. She is well-versed in an array of federal programs and how they can be leveraged to support meaningful and transformative reform for all students.  Ms. Henderson is passionate about strengthening our Montgomery County community.  In addition to her board membership at CaringMatters, she is a member of the Montgomery College Foundation board of directors. She supports the College’s Achieving Collegiate Excellence and Success (ACES) program, a collaborative program that seeks to create a seamless pathway from high school to college completion, by serving on its Advisory Council.  Ms. Henderson is a member of Montgomery Moving Forward’s Leadership Group, which is focusing on early care and learning in Montgomery county.  She is part Leadership Montgomery’s CORE class of 2019.
